nominated and selected to receive Virginia Housing Alliance’s Game Changer Award. The Game Changer Award recognizes Virginia’s housing leaders for significant breakthroughs or outstanding achievements in the homeless services or affordable housing fields. Among the many impressive candidates, Rob’s advocacy for affordable housing and outstanding achievements in innovative housing programs and services stood out among nominees.

Rob will be honored at The VHA Annual Awards Ceremony 2024 on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 5:00 to
7:30 pm at the Virginia War Memorial. He will be celebrated for his dedication to affordable housing
development, advocacy, and homeless services in the Commonwealth.
