Asbestos, Lead Based Paint and Radon Testing

We provide various levels of materials testing, from preliminary screenings to extensive rehabilitation testing.  We are experts in identifying, managing, and mitigating the presence of asbestos, lead-based paint, or radon.

  • Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Inspections and risk assessments
  • Radon gas sampling/analysis

National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Compliance

Our experience with 24 CFR Part 50-58 and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) on thousands of federally supported projects guarantee solutions to even the most complex problems. Our team is well-versed in the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) NEPA compliance reports and HUD HEROS Environmental Assessment and Compliance Findings reports.
