Erich Hazelton serves as a Business Development Analyst at D3G, where he supports strategic growth initiatives and helps foster relationships throughout the affordable housing industry. His exposure to the industry began at a young age, giving him an early appreciation for the role housing plays in strengthening communities. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Mary Washington, where he developed a strong interest in housing policy, economic development, and market analysis. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, soccer, traveling, cooking, and automotive projects.
