Another Successful Wellness Fair in the Books at D3G
The D3G wellness fair 2025 was another success and is officially in the books. Each year, the Dominion Due Diligence Group wellness fair brings together partners who help our team focus on physical, financial, and mental wellness.
As a full-service real estate due diligence and consulting firm, we understand that our work in affordable housing begins with a strong team. Our employee wellness program is designed to support whole-person well-being, enabling employees to serve our clients and communities better.
D3G’s annual wellness fair builds on our broader workplace wellness efforts, including recognition through Cigna Healthcare’s Healthy Workforce program and ongoing investments in employee well-being.
Physical Wellness: Movement, Recovery, and Everyday Health
This year’s workplace wellness fair featured several partners focused on movement, fitness, and recovery:

Metro Chair Massage (retired as of November 2025) offered on-site chair massage, giving employees a moment to recharge and experience another tool for stress management.

Throughout the fair, our HR and Wellness Committee emphasized the importance of mental and emotional health. Employees were reminded of the counseling, digital tools, and well-being resources available through our benefits and wellness partners.
Normalizing these conversations is an important part of our culture and a core goal of D3G’s employee health and wellness program.
