We’re excited to share that Katie Berler has joined D3G as our new Lead Repositioning Advisor.
Katie brings nearly 16 years of experience from HUD, where she’s been a key player in public housing repositioning efforts. Most recently, she served as Acting Director of HUD’s Special Applications Center (SAC) in Chicago. From strategic RAD/Section 18 blends to complex approvals across all 50 states and U.S. territories, Katie’s had a hand in moving thousands of units toward more sustainable futures.
With a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago, an M.P.A. from University of Illinois Springfield, and a passion for housing preservation, Katie is well-positioned to help PHAs and developers navigate the challenges of repositioning. Her insight and leadership add another layer of depth to our Housing Preservation Services team.
