D3G will serve as sponsor and speaker at the Western Mortgagee Advisory Council in Denver, Colorado. We look forward to discussion recent changes to HUD policy including new mortgagee letters addressing FHA repair changes, Section 18 functional obsolescence, NEPA and Environmental Reviews, Capital Needs Assessments, HUD Production Volume, and Affordable Housing Strategies.
