Volunteer Time Off
Every D3G employee receives paid time off to volunteer with organizations they care about, in addition to any company-sponsored events. However each employee chooses to give back, we make space for everyone to contribute in their own way.

D3G matches employee donations and volunteer hours with up to $500 per year to eligible U.S. nonprofits. New hires also receive a $500 charitable gift within their first 30 days, reinforcing our commitment to giving from the start.

This employee-driven group functions as a convener between our business purpose and the communities we serve.
