Time Off

  • Generous paid time off (17 days) starting with your first paycheck, and the opportunity to accrue more hours starting in year three
  • 7 paid company holidays per year
  • 8 hours of voluntary paid time off per year to give back to the community during the workday
  • Parental leave, which includes eight weeks of paid leave in conjunction with short-term disability for birthing parents and three weeks of paid leave for adoptive, surrogate, supportive, and non-birthing parents

Events

The Events Committee plans internal events that bring D3G team members together throughout the year — ranging from bi-weekly happy hours to annual holiday parties and everything in between.
