Here at D3G, we love what we do! We are committed to the highest quality of work, but also believe in the importance of socializing outside of normal workday routines. D3G’s Events Team hosts numerous social engagements throughout the year. Additionally, there are many opportunities to join recreational teams or participate in service opportunities that support local organizations. D3G encourages a team-focused culture that helps break up the daily routine and offers opportunities to connect with coworkers in a relaxed environment.
We believe in the importance of social responsibility and empowering our employees to cultivate positive change within their workplace, communities, neighborhoods, and beyond. To incentivize and encourage charitable giving, The Green Door Community Impact Fund was created. Since the fund’s founding in 2018, thousands of dollars have been awarded to various charities our employees care about. We have also been involved with non-profit organizations like Rebuilding Together and Habitat for Humanity to expand our reach and further our impact as housing professionals.
