Dominion Due Diligence Group is a due diligence commercial real estate consulting firm focused on HUD multifamily and affordable housing financing. We produce engineering, environmental, energy, and repositioning reports for clients seeking closings of HUD-FHA insured mortgages through the Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) Guide.
